Shipping Info

 

- Every item is made per order and will be ready for shipping within 7-10 business days after your order.

- Shipping in Germany is free. For every other country the shipping costs depend on the total weight in increments of 10kg. Please note that packaging has its own weight of 1-2kg, depending on package size.

- For Germany & EU the maximum total weight is 40kg per order, almost everywhere else it's 30kg, for a few countries it's 20kg.

- I ship globally. If your country is not available during the check-out process, please contact me directly.

- Delivery time depends on the destination. 

- Delivery within Germany & EU is handled by GLS. In other countries delivery might be handled by a local organization or whichever delivery company offers the most suitable service.

- Outside of the continental EU delivery is always "duty unpaid", meaning if there are any import customs or tariffs they will have to be paid by you. Please familiarize yourself with your countries import laws and feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

- Shipping to USA is currently only possible by Express courier! This means that shipping is fast but more expensive than before. This is because of the tariffs, let's hope they are gone soon.

- Australia: There are unique restrictions in place for shipping to Australia. Please inquire with me directly.
