Shipping Info

 

- Every item is made per order and will usually be ready for shipping within 10-15 business days after your order.

- Shipping in Germany is free. For every other country the shipping costs depend on the total weight. Please note that packaging has its own weight of 1-2kg, depending on package size, which is factored in.

- For Germany & EU the maximum total weight is 40kg per order, almost everywhere else it's 30kg, for a few countries it's 20kg.

- I ship globally. If your country is not available during the check-out process, please contact me directly.

- Delivery time depends on the destination. 

- Delivery within Germany & EU is handled by GLS. In other countries delivery might be handled by a local organization or whichever delivery company offers the most suitable service.

- Outside of the continental EU delivery is always "duty unpaid", meaning if there are any import customs or tariffs they will have to be paid by you. Please familiarize yourself with your countries import laws and feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

- Outside of the continental EU shipments are uninsured and returns are not possible. I take the utmost care when preparing & packaging my products for shipping and I give you my personal promise to assist you in any feasible way in the (extremely rare) case of complications with your shipment, but I can not offer refunds or returns.

- Shipping to USA is currently only done with courier (FedEx or similar). Any customs charges (tariffs) will have to be paid by the recipient and are collected by the courier company.

- Australia: There are unique restrictions in place for shipping to Australia. Please inquire with me directly if you want to order from there.
