Training in Berlin

Do you want to give mace-training a try? Are you already swinging and want to level up your technique or master a higher weight? Need a form-check? Or do you just want to see what a mace or stonelock feels like? All that is possible and I'll help you do it!

Besides making them I am certified as an instructor for maces (DFA & SMF) and kettlebells (RKC). I love teaching other people about these fun & effective tools that have brought so much benefit to my life!
